Sea Mills
Community Initiatives
We are a community-focused charity dedicated to making a positive impact in the local area.
Our vision is to manage spaces, events, and activities that benefit the local community in inclusive and meaningful ways.
CAFE ON THE SQUARE
Café on the Square is located right at the centre of the community of Sea Mills, Bristol. Our cafe provides a welcoming and relaxed environment for everyone to enjoy.
Sea Mills Community Garden
Our community garden occupies a former allotment site and serves as a hub for local residents to engage in sustainable food growing, education and nature conservation.
Between the two Sea Mills Churches, SMCI and some keen local volunteers, we’re excited to be planning our Christmas 2026 community event - and this year Cribs Fest is back!
From 4th -6th December, the Methodist Building will be open on Saturday and Sunday for an exhibition of crib scenes and festive activities.
This year we’re also creating the Big Sea Mills Nativity, with up to 2,000 decorated wooden peg dolls representing our community.
